Delivery

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Total Learning.

Total Learning or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available we will notify you of this as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. 

Delivery Time Frames

Australia

Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, and ACT: 4 working days

NSW Country: 5 working days in most areas, 6 days in remote areas

Brisbane, Gold Coast & Melbourne: 4 working days

Queensland & Victoria Country: 5-7 days

Adelaide: 5 days

SA Country: 6-7 days

Perth: 6-7 days

WA Country: 8-10 days

Tasmania: 7-8 days

Northern Territory: 8-10 days

New Zealand

New Zealand - NZ orders are dispatched by air freight on

Tuesdays and Fridays from our warehouse in Sydney.

Delivery into Auckland would normally be made on Friday/Tuesday.

Other North Island locations add one/two days.

South Island 3 days.
